TLAS Target Groups include:

• Senior citizens without income
• Pensioners
• Female head of low income household
• Abandoned children/orphans
• Disabled and invalids
• Vulnerable communities such as Roma and Egyptian communities in Albania
• Children from poor families, etc
• Vulnerable individuals in the Pre Trail Detention Instititions & Prisons in Albania
