Through this service, TLAS provides legal advice by telephone, making available to the interested persons a telephone number that everyone can call. If the caller fulfils the eligibility criteria to benefit from the legal aid service provided by TLAS, he or she can be referred to TLAS lawyers who will follow the case. The caller will then be registered as a regular TLAS client in the Database.
In addition during 2012 benefited from the legal advising service through the law line approximately 602 individuals.
The hotline/law line service is available every day, from Monday to Friday, from 08.30 – 16.30.
